NEW EYEBROWS, NEW HAIR, NEW OUTLOOK!!

1 Recommendation

I did it! Thanks to Amy at Hospice, and "Hope Lives" in Fort Collins, and Abby at Vogue Laser in Loveland, I have eyebrows at last!

I had a picture of my eyebrows on here, but they look even better each day as it heals, so I'll post another eyebrow picture in about a week! Meanwhile, back to a full-face photo.

Instead of just throwing on a scarf in the morning, I now feel I owe it to my eyebrows to fix up a bit - lipstick, blush, some under-eye cover. I am a new woman. The brows are still a bit swollen.

Yayy! Check out the picture; I am about to change my profile picture for a few days to share this with you.

And they look lovely!!! I miss my eyebrows and lashed even more than the hair on my head. Wigs, hats and scarves are nice for the head, but when brows and lashes are missing...

Wow, they are beautiful! They highlight your lovely eyes so wonderfully. Last year this time I was missing my eyelashes so much!! They did come back, thank goodness.

Oh my goodness. What a beautiful job. I hope you like them and that when you look in the mirror you feel like a new woman!

Was it painful having them done?

That is so cool! I honestly didn't know you could do that. You look great!

It really didn't hurt much. She used a numbing cream (creme?), and at one point , I actually fell asleep for a few minutes!

You look Beautiful!!! Congratulations on your new "look" , but of course you were beautiful before, also. Do you have any brow hairs at all? I have several that are very light, and grow out of the line so I still have to have them waxed because it makes it hard to draw them in with a pencil.

Enjoy your new freedom!!!

Lovely, what a fabulous idea, just don't over pluck them! You look rather like a movie star now, with a GI Jane Demi Moore hair cut to match. It means that you will be able to flirt more easily now so the boys had better watch out. Are you going to get some false eye lashes to go with the brows? I've never tried them myself.

It really makes a difference when you have a better mental picture of yourself, and knowing that you have brows must really boost your self image. My brows are a bit patchy and I was horrified when I got in the car to come home from work yesterday, and realised that I had forgotten to put any eye make-up on, and none of my colleagues told me, and I spent the day on the front desk in the Student Services area of the college I work in - AAAAAAAAAAaggghhhhhhh. Oh well who cares really, it's not the end of the world.

Enjoy the new brows pretty lady, Vicki XXX

Lovely eyebrows. They make such a difference in how we look. I have brows but they seem wild and wooly to me :-D, your's look refined and shapely. Hope you have fun working that whole eye thing!

WOW!!!!

I want some of those!!!!!!

You look GREAT!!!!

those look great!! i still have a few... i wish i has some eyelshes though.... false eyelashes are such a pain!! you can fix the hair but not the eyelashes and brows..

What a wonderful spirit lifter! I'm so glad that the stars lined up for this to come for you. We can tell just in the tone of your post what a tremendous lift in your spirits the new brows have provided. Here's a BIG hug!

Big hugs back at all of you for understanding what a happy thing this is for me.
Love,
Judy
