Hi my name is Jim. I have been so blessed to have received great news, from my oncolgist, that my last test showed no sign of cancer!
I'm a 56 year old husband, father of 3 sons and a grandfather of 2.
I smoked for 35+ years. Shortly after quitting in 2006, I was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer in Sept. The cancer collasped my left lung, and had metastasized into my left shoulder and the 3rd and 4th vertebrae causing me severe pain.
Heaven sent me the greatest oncologist who took control when I was initialy hospitalized. He got me the treatment needed to beat it all plus I had the help and love of my wife.
Six months later, of feeling good and being active, the cancer had found its way to my brain. We fought that too, with prayer and a positive attitude. I am now back to fishing and helping my wife at her new Christian gift store. Praise God!
