A scan for poppy today,PLEASE PRAY!!

Hi all!
Poppy has just finished 15 WBR treatments and is getting a scan today before he starts his 2nd line of chemo,which will either be Topotecan or a diff more aggressive chemo.
Please pray that the lung tumor has not grown or that the cancer has not spread to any other location.
He is holding his own and still enjoying life and his grandchildren.
I pray a miracle will occur and everything will go away!
His appetite is OUTSTANDING!!!
Thanks for all of your support and please know you are all in my prayers daily!

I have faith that the results will be great and I will be praying for positive results.  I'm not afraid to say I was scared waiting for my results.  I felt great prior to the scans and have felt great since treatment started,  but you still worry no matter what.  I get a pain in my arm, the first thought is OMG, has it spread there or if I have a coughing episode, is it spreading more in the lungs.  But with that said, I have never thought that I won't beat this and I never will stop believing.  The fact that your Dad has a great appetite is awesome, I eat like a horse and then 2 hours later am hungry again.  I know that some struggle with appetite and maintaining weight.   Please keep me posted on how your Dad is doing, because the one thing I've learned on this site is you are not alone in this fight, all of us are helping your Dad in our own way :) Love and Prayers!Don

Have you been to Slaon Kettering yet?? There is a wonderful Dr. there. Dr. Pietenza.
