DIET PILLS YES OR NO?

No Such Thing As Magic Pill
Sleep away the pounds. Burn fat overnight. Lose 20 pounds in one week. When you're struggling to lose weight, these empty promises sound mighty tempting. However, you're likely to waste your money. Research indicates that more than $243 million was spent on diet pills. From herbal remedies to over-the-counter supplements, these so-called miracle working medicines "guarantee" results. But in reality, they're unlikely to yield any permanent changes. And most of these pills and potions only work in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise, which will produce the same effects even without the pills.
SO HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT TAKING DIET PILLS?I HAVE TRIED JUST ABOUT EVERY KIND OF DIET AND I ALWAYS COME BACK TO WEIGHT WATCHERS AND REALLY FOR ME IT'S THE ONLY THING THE ONLY PROGRAM THAT WORKS FOR ME. .....CATHY

diet pills are scary and really bad for your body. I did my senior thesis on the ingredients in diet pills and the long term effects and it was a huge reality check on what you are putting in your body. The only one that wasn't as bad and the others was the ali diet and the recommend you use it with a weight watcher or a Jenny Craig type program with regular exercise. My doctor recommend drinking green tea and water with lemon in in it and that helps your metabolism speed up and taking fiber in the morning. Good luck and be safe really research the pill before you take it

I'M WITH YOU C. I WILL ASK MY DOCTOR ABOUT THE GREEN TEA WITH MY BLOOD PRESSURE PILLS. I THINK ANYTIME YOU DO ANYTHING NOT NATURAL TO YOUR BODY CAN BE HARMFUL. I EVEN THINK WHEN DOING THE DIET PILLS WHEN I WAS YOUNG MAY HAVE DONE DAMAGE TO MY BODY TO WHERE IT'S A LITTLE HARDER TO LOOSE WEIGHT BUT THEN BEING OLDER CAN BE A FACTER TOO...........CATHY

I totally agree you need to lose weight naturally with exercise and eating right.Even the gastric bypass is extremely risky, and it even have bad effects.

Besides exercise, i do take magnesium, and omega 3s.
But I drink green tea hot or cold most of the day..Its great to get metabolism going....

Well have a great day losing everyone...
