I'M BACK..........

0 Recommendations

Well I'm finally feeling better not great but better (at least I'm not sleeping all the time). I've been trying to get out of the house at least once a week for a little while to build up my strength because I didn't (couldn't) do anything since Feb.

I had a " million" tests and the good news is that the Sarcoid has not affected any other organs. I am having a problem with my oxygen levels. Normal is 98-99 When sitting min is 92, walking it drops to high 70's low 80's (not good).

I am on oxygen (3 Liters) almost all the time now and will have to wear it at work too. The slighest exertion and I'm out of breath.

I can't afford to retire and I need the insurance so I guess I will have to "tough" it out for 3 more years until I turn 65.

I do miss work (well maybe not the work but the teachers and staff that I work with) I hope I can handle it when I return on Aug. 1st.

My boyfriend Joe says he can tell I'm beginning to feel better. I've got the sparkle back in my eyes, the smile on my face, and fiesty as ever!

Thanks to all of you for wondering, caring and praying for me.

I am so glad that you are back and feeling better. I missed hearing from you while you were away. I am also very happy to hear that the sarc hasn't gotten into any of your other organs. I know that can be very upsetting not knowing what it might have grabbed onto this time. Thank goodness it hasn't wanted to make any other organs it's home. It is always nice when we are feeling better, not only for ourselves, but also for our family and those who are close to us. I hope that you keep on feeling better.
